ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

The reading and acceptance of the general conditions of sale are an obligation before any purchase of services.

These general conditions of sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all the services offered by Maria Bachiri on her website www.mariabachiri.com

You certify that you have read these general conditions of sale before paying for your order. By making a reservation on the site  www.mariabachiri.com you certify that you are of legal age and that you accept these general conditions of sale without restriction or reservation. Payment entails your acceptance without reservation of these general conditions of sale.

Maria Bachiri reserves the right to modify or adapt these general conditions of sale at any time. In case of modification, the applicable general conditions of sale are those in force on the date of payment.

Maria Bachiri offers consultations and follow-up support as a Naturopath in Greco-Arabic medicine, Functional Nutritionist (FNLP) and practitioner in Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT).

ARTICLE 2: PRICE, TERMS AND MEANS OF PAYMENT

Prices on the site  www.mariabachiri.com are indicated in Euros all taxes included (TTC).

Any payment for a remote or in-office consultation entails your full and complete acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.  You declare to have full knowledge of it.

​

Payment for your service is made using the secure Stripe system. For a remote session, payment for the session is due no later than 24 hours before the day of the session. For an in-person session, payment can be made before or on site. On-site payment is possible in cash or by check only.

You can also pay by bank transfer.

​

Maria Bachiri reserves the right not to honor an appointment that has not been paid for beforehand.

Maria Bachiri grants herself the right to modify her rates at any time and without notice. However, it undertakes to invoice the consultations at the rates in force at the time of booking / ordering the consultation.

ARTICLE 3– APPOINTMENT
 

Before paying for your consultation you must arrange an appointment with  Maria Bachiri through her email admin@mariabachiri.com . You have the option of requesting a free 20-minute discovery session without any commitment on your part.

ARTICLE 4: RIGHT OF RESERVE

Maria Bachiri reserves the right to suspend or cancel any execution of a reservation / order, whatever its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment or payment dispute. The reservation / order will be automatically canceled.

ARTICLE 5: POSTPONEMENT, MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF AN APPOINTMENT

An appointment can be modified or canceled without additional cost by notifying Maria Bachiri as soon as possible by  email  : admin@mariabachiri.com or by phone at 0671973548.

​

However, in case of cancellation on your part less than 24 hours before (or forgetting on your part the day of the consultation), the consultation is due and no refund will be possible.

​

In the event of modification or cancellation by Maria Bachiri, you have the choice between postponing the appointment to a later date or a full refund.

ARTICLE 6: RESPONSIBILITY

​

Consultations and support follow-ups in Naturopathy,  Nutrition and Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT) are not intended to replace medical care. They have no medical purpose and are not comparable to acts reserved for health professions regulated by the Public Health Code. The advice and recommendations given by Maria Bachiri in no way replace medical advice. A medical opinion is recommended before any consultation.

Maria Bachiri is a Naturopath and Nutrition Advisor as well as an RTT practitioner. She will therefore never give a diagnosis, will never ask for the cessation of medical treatment (these acts being reserved for doctors) and cannot be held responsible for the client's decisions. Naturopathy is a complementary approach that in no way replaces allopathic medicine. Maria Bachiri expressly asks her client to refer to her attending physician in the event of modification or interruption of her medical treatment. In the same way, it is imperative to consult your doctor in the event of a health problem so that he can make a diagnosis and carry out examinations if necessary.

Maria Bachiri declines all responsibility for possible bad follow-up of advice, bad interpretations, interactions and consequences of the advice given.

  ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

​

In accordance with article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code, “  the consumer has a  period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons  nor to pay any penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the cost of return  ".

The withdrawal period runs from the online payment of the consultation. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Maria Bachiri will refund the sums paid, within 14 days of notification of your request.

In accordance with article L 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, "  the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of his right of withdrawal  ". Thus, if the consultation takes place within 14 days of payment for the consultation, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 8: PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

​

In accordance with law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you.

The information you provide when booking a consultation will only be used for the execution of the reservation / order by Maria Bachiri. For paid services, your bank details are never kept and bank transactions are secure. Your data will never be passed on to third parties or sold to anyone and are kept confidential.

ARTICLE 9: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT:

Our entire site is protected by French legislation relating to intellectual property.

All reproduction rights are reserved. All the elements (texts, images, graphics) making up the site, just like all the documents provided following the consultations produced by Maria Bachiri, cannot, in accordance with article L122-4 of the intellectual property code, be the subject of any representation or reproduction, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever, without the express prior authorization of Maria Bachiri. Failure to comply with this prohibition may incur the civil and/or criminal liability of its author.

ARTICLE 10: JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these T&Cs is subject to French law. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the French courts.
