Good morning

I support exhausted parents of children with chaotic, out-of-control, violent or excessively withdrawn behavior to find peace and deep connection .

Awaken Your Child's Potential and Find Peace in Your Home

My unique approach to supporting you

The study of child behavior, particularly intense behaviors, neurodiversity, and developmental disorders, fascinates me. I have experienced these conditions with my children and I know the pain and the deep feeling of helplessness and incompetence in our parental identity.

I followed the conventional methods which only made the situation worse, until the moment when I began to listen to my instinct which guided me towards holistic therapies more respectful of the child based on the latest discoveries in relational neuroscience .

My neurodivergence facilitates my ability to think outside the box. When I worked in a corporate world, I would find innovative solutions to problems deemed almost unsolvable.

Over the past decade, I've accumulated several certifications, constantly striving to better help my children and support other families. I'm always learning, and I learn from the best, the experts in their field all over the world.

Now I want to help you achieve deep and lasting results, because I know it's possible for you too.

My Different Interventions

Every family is different and will require a unique approach tailored to their needs. Following the assessment, we can discuss the options that will benefit you. You can also choose to begin directly with a treatment modality (nutrition/naturopathy session, SSP, etc.).

Sessions can be done remotely or in person . Theraplay is the only modality where it will depend on the situation.

Theraplay

Theraplay provides a solid foundation for improving cognitive function. It is a play therapy method widely used in over 36 countries.

Its goal is to improve attachment, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and trust in others. Theraplay can help repair traumatic experiences and relational trauma.

Somatic Interventions

Somatic experiencing is a body-centered approach that helps children connect their emotions with physical sensations. It provides tools for kids to better understand and manage their feelings, building emotional resilience and confidence.

Integrative Attachment Family Therapy

IATF, a modality developed by therapist Dafna Lender, weaves together elements of DDP, Theraplay, and attachment theory to foster changes in family dynamics. Instead of viewing the child as the problem, using IAFT we address the parent-child relationship in order to change dysfunctional patterns.

Parental Coaching

I know you're doing your best, and I will never judge you in a session. Your own family history and the way you were raised influence how you raise and respond to your children today, as well as your relationship. With compassion, I will guide you toward a better understanding of your relationship with your child and tools to change the dynamics.

Safe & Sound Protocol

SSP is a program designed to help people feel safer and thus improve cognitive, emotional, and social functions. This non-invasive intervention involves listening to music that has been specifically processed to regulate the nervous system (regulatory state) to promote a sense of safety and the ability to engage socially.

Once interpersonal interactions improve, spontaneous social behaviors and an increased ability to learn, self-regulate, and engage are often observed.

Nutrition and Naturopathy

Emotional regulation, focus, and motivation are also directly related to physiology. If the body is deficient, if sleep is not restorative, or if there is chronic inflammation, this will impact all other systems, including the mental and emotional systems. Sometimes, we won't be able to change our diet or give supplements until we have first established felt safety.
